PURPOSE:To prevent an offsetting phenomenon without requiring coating with oil by sticking specified fine powder to the surfaces of particles consisting of a colorant and polyester resin as main components. CONSTITUTION:Fine powder of at least one among blocked isocyanate, an aluminum chelate compd. and a dicyclopentadiene-metallic compd. is stuck to the surfaces of particles consisting of the colorant and polyester resin as main components. Since the polyester resin having a low softening point is used as binding resin, fixability at low temp. and transmittance of an OHP film are ensured. Offsetting is prevented by sticking the fine powder. |
