<p>PURPOSE:To detect a moving signal with high accuracy to apply 3-dimension processing to a color video signal for a television receiver and a VTR or the like. CONSTITUTION:A differential detection circuit 103 detects a movement signal of a luminance signal of a frame memory 102 and an input signal 101. On the other hand, a chrominance component in the input signal is detected by a chrominance component detection circuit 105 and its output is controlled by a luminance detection circuit 106 detecting a high frequency component of the luminance signal provided separately and the output varies a pass band from the said luminance movement detection circuit to extract a movement detection output.</p> |
