PURPOSE:To prevent characters and items by in-room lighting from being made difficult to see by coating matte foamed-high urethane paint on the surface of the character plate of an information input device placed on a tablet. CONSTITUTION:A character sheet 3 printed on with characters, items, etc. is placed on a tablet 4, and a character plate 2 made of a transparent synthetic resin such as APR resin is placed thereon. Matte foamed high urethane paint 1 is coated on the front side surface of the plate 2. If the part on the plate 2 is instructed by an input pen 5, the position of the pen 5 is detected by the tablet 4 and the character, item or the like is inputted. By the coating of the paint 1 on the surface of the plate 2, the reflected rays by in-room lighting on the surface of the character plate are scattered and the characters, items and the like may be made easier to see. |
