PURPOSE:To reduce number of times of transmission of a position registration request so as not to disturb power consumption suppression or outgoing and incoming call processing by making a position registration request only when a mobile radio equipment is moved from a registered position. CONSTITUTION:Plural fixed radio equipments 1 are connected to an exchange 3 and each of the radio equipments 1 is connected selectively to plural mobile radio equipments 2 by a radio line. The position management of each radio equipment 2 is implemented by the exchange 3 or the radio equipments 1. Moreover, the position of the radio equipments 2 is registered in the unit of the fixed radio equipment in response to a position registration request. A timer is started when the position is registered and a transmission signal is received from the registered radio equipment 1 continuously for a set time by the timer and the transmission signal from the registered radio equipment 1 is not received with respect to the position information request after expiration of time, then the position registration request is sent. When the signal is received before the expiration of time or at the position information request, the timer is initialized and the position registration request is not sent. |
