<p>PURPOSE:To prevent useless time from being generated for recovering a communication function when generating transmission error to make a communicating party unclear by transmitting a telegraphic message containing an identifier specifying all the terminals excepting for the own terminal from an IC card. CONSTITUTION:An error detecting means 120 is provided to detect the transmission error to make the transmitting terminal unclear based on information for transmission error detection as well as a receiving means 110, and a transmitting means 130 is provided to transmit an error notice block specifying all the terminals DTEl-DTEn excepting for the own terminal as receiving terminals by the identifier when the error detecting means 120 detects the transmission error. In this case, when the error detecting means 120 detects the transmission error to make the terminal of the communicating party unclear, the error notice block specified by the identifier is transmitted while defining all the communicating terminals DTEl-DTEn existing in a network as the receiving terminals excepting for the own terminal.</p> |
