It includes a central chassis (1) comprising two twin beams (10, 11) under which, at one of their ends (14), a central wheel is mounted on a vertical shaft and on which, in the vicinity of their other end, two rails (2, 3) positioned transversely and one behind the other, allow the transverse sliding, in opposite directions, under the effect of two horizontal thrust cylinders (23, 33), of two transverse arms (20, 30), to each end of which is secured a vertical shaft (21, 31) on which a lateral wheel (22, 32) is mounted. <IMAGE>
