<p>PURPOSE:To intuitively obtain a memory residual amounts by a user, and to reduce the measurement error of the memory residual amount by displaying the memory residual amounts at a display. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 41 checks the utilized amount MA of a backup RAM 53, registers it in one part of a working RAM 52, operates (MA/Mmax)X100, and registers it in the one part of the working RAM 52 as a memory utilizing amount U. The CPU 41 calculates the number of temporary residual pages IR=IX(100-U)/100 at the time of judging that U <=50%, and displays the calculated result through an LCD controller 43 at an LCD 22 as the number of the residual pages. Then, the CPU 41 checks the number A of the really used pages written in a memory until now at the time of judging that U>50%, calculates AX(100- U)/U, and displays it through the LCD controller at the LCD 22 as the number CA of the residual pages of the memory.</p> |
