PURPOSE:To prevent a failure of hand-off by reassigning the channel, which is assigned to a second mobile station which continues speaking for the longest time in a cell, to a first mobile station in the case of the absence of an idle channel in the cell. CONSTITUTION:When a base station 22 has no idle channels, a control station 3 refers to a timer 6 to detect the mobile station which continues speaking for the longest time out of mobile stations using the channels of the base station 21. Speaking of this mobile station is terminated, and the base station 22 is instructed to assign the channel, which this mobile station uses till then, to a mobile station 1. Switching to this channel in the base station 22 is indicated through a base station 21. The base station 22 and the mobile station 1 execute this operation to continue speaking in the same manner as the presence of an idle channel. Thus, the mobile station connection control free from a failure of hand-off is performed. |
