PURPOSE:To stably and uniformly laminate toner in two or more layers on a developer carrier and to suppress filming, as well. CONSTITUTION:Toner to be used is composed of at least a binding resin and coloring agent and inorganic particles whose surface are treated by fluorinated coupling material are mixed. By selectively holding electric charge on the surface of the developer carrier numerous micro closed electric fields are formed in the vicinity of the surface of the carrier one component developer is supplied to the carrier from the toner, the developer is carried to the surface of the carrier by the micro closed electric fields and an electrostatic latent image is changed to a visible image by the carrying developer. By using this toner, high density and high quality image is obtained for a long period. |
