Fastening arrangement for a locking piece in a piston-pressure accumulator (1) consisting of a cylindrical housing (1a) containing a displaceable piston (2) and a locking piece (5) inserted in an open end (1b) of the housing. The locking piece has two steps (5a, 5b) of larger and smaller diameters on an outer circumference surface and the deformable housing presses against the steps. USE/ADVANTAGE - Fastening system for the accumulator of an antilock braking system (ABS) on a vehicle which prevents the piston springing out in the event of an unduly high pressre increase.
