PURPOSE:To provide an optical information recording medium capable of being recorded and erased and capable of being reproduced by a compact-disk reproducing device. CONSTITUTION:A substrate, a lower dielectric layer, a recording layer, an upper dielectric layer and a metallic reflecting layer are successively formed to constitute the optical information recording medium. The composition of the recording medium is shown by (Ge100Te100-y)x(Sb2Se100-z)100-x, where 0<=x100 (x is mol%), 45<=y<=55 (y is atomic %) and 35<=z<=45 (z is atomic %). |
