CONSTITUTION:A resistance value between electrodes in the case of no flaw of the resistive film of the touch panel 1 is stored beforehand in a reference value storage part 24 as a reference value, and the resistance value between the electrodes measured actually by a resistance value measurement circuit 23 is compared with the reference value by a comparison circuit 25, and in the case that the resistance value between the electrodes actually measured is larger than the reference value by a prescribed value, an alarm sound is generated from an alarm generation circuit 26.</p> |
