<p>PURPOSE:To improve endurance in a pipe for transporting coal or the like by layering very hard rigid body made of stone material or the like through elastic material made of wear and abrasion resistant rubber on the inner peripheral surface of a outer pipe in such a way that gaps may not be produced on the inner peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:An elastic body 4 made of wear and abrasion resistant rubber is stuck on the inner peripheral surface of a large diameter cylindrical outer pipe 2 by adhesive agent 3. On the inner surface side of the elastic body 4, stone material 5 is layered through adhesive agent 6 in such a way that gaps may not be produced in the inner peripheral surface. For this stone material 5, quartz schist produced in Danto, Aichi Prefecture, Japan is used. Epoxy resin is used for adhesive agent 3 and 6.</p> |
