<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electric precipitator which can improve attaching/ detaching properties of counter electrode plates and safety. CONSTITUTION:A discharge electrode 10, a counter electrode plate 31, a dust collector 8A are sequentially disposed from at an upstream side to a downstream side of a duct 34 in a dust collector body 30 to effectively collect dust particles contained in the air to be dust-collected. Since the counter electrode plate is provided integrally with the collector and detachably from the body, the electrode plate can be attached or detached upon attaching or detaching of the collector, and the handling operation becomes extremely easy. Further, safety of the plate in the removed state can be obtained, and there is no fear that the electrode plate itself is deformed.</p> |
