According to the present invention a method is described for (re)producing images using a photopolymerizable composition comprising monomers having a high polymerization rate and showing solidification at low conversion. According to the most preferred mode of the present invention said photopolymerizable composition is image-wise exposed and the non-exposed or insufficiently exposed parts of said photopolymerizable composition are transferred to a receiving element by means of heating. Said method of the present can be applied for reproducing color images, making lithographic or electrostatic printing masters etc..
