PURPOSE: To suck a desired amount of samples positively by moving a plurality of sample containers to a sampling position, positioning a probe by a controller means. and releasing vacuum at the upper part of a fluid pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A sample wheel 12 rotates and moves each sample container 16 successively to a retainer 30 and an area below a needle-type probe 34. A controller stops the container 16 when it is at a proper position. Then, a digital positioning board detects a side position directly above the container 16 and drives the probe 34. Then, when a rotary encoder 68 reaches a proper position above the container 16, the position is locked. Further, the probe 34 is lowered into the container 16 by a command signal and is penetrated through a rubber cap, a conduit is connected to atmospheric pressure before the probe 34 enters serum and vacuum in the container 16 at the upper part of the serum level is balanced, and a sample is sucked. |
