PURPOSE:To obtain glucokinase simply and in high yield by using affinity chromatography having immobilized dye to specifically adsorb glucokinase as a ligand to a water-insoluble carrier. CONSTITUTION:An enzyme is specifically adsorbed on affinity chromatography having dye, on which glucokinase is specifically adsorbed as a ligand, immobilized to a water-insoluble carrier by blending supernatant liquid prepared by grinding cells of bacterium of Zymomonas mobilis and centrifuging or by packing the dye into a column and passing through the supernatant liquid. |
