PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of the heat generation of the switching transistor of an inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION:The base circuit B of the transistor Q for oscillation of an inverter circuit is provided with a parallel circuit of an inductor L2 and a resistor R2. By the inductance of the inductor L2 and a resistor R3, switching cross and the slippage of resonance mode are dissolved, whereby the increase of the heat generation of the transistor is prevented. |
