<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of a tape and the lowering of a searching speed due to high-speed searching by using an A/C head lever and directly abutting an A/C head on a tape without pulling out the tape from a tape cassette. CONSTITUTION: Since a head 15a of an A/C(audio/control) head assembly 15 is abutted on the unloaded tape T in the state slightly only pressing the tape T positioned on an intermediate opening part C1 to its opening part C1 inner side, the danger that the running tape T is held by the A/C head 15a, etc., is eliminated. Further, the running route of the tape T becomes a feeding reel 31→a tape guide 34→the tape guide 35→a take-up reel 32. Thus, the frictional surface position of the tape T becomes two pieces of tape guides 34, 35 extent, and when a high speed retrieval function is performed while high speed running the tape T, the damage of the tape T and the lowering in the searching speed are perfectly eliminated.</p> |
