<p>PURPOSE:To prevent other numerical controller from being selected in mistake by using a portable radio controller so as to send an ID number of a desired numeral controller, confirming the ID number by the operator and sending a coupling command to the portable radio controller. CONSTITUTION:A portable radio controller is used to send an ID number of a desired numerical controller to all numerical controllers in the standby state. ID numbers received by all the numeral controls in the standby state and its own ID number are displayed. After the operator confirms it that the displayed ID number is identical, a desired numerical controller is used and a coupling command between the desired numerical controller and the portable radio controller is sent to the portable radio controller to execute the coupling. A command restoring other numerical controller displaying an ID number to the state before reception of the ID number is sent to the portable radio controller to restore the other numerical controller to the state before receiving the ID number.</p> |
