PROCESS CONTROLLER FOR MULTI-WINDOW

PURPOSE:To utilize the computation resource of a computer system effectively. CONSTITUTION:A window state detection part 101 detects a window which becomes unnecessary and the process execution priority of the window is lowered by a process priority alteration part 102 and an operating system 103. Further, the window state detection part 101 detects a window which changes from an unused state to a used state and the process execution priority of the window is increased by the process priority alteration part 102 and operating system 103. Consequently, the execution time of unnecessary processes can be shortened and the computation resource of the computer system can be utilized effectively.
