PURPOSE:To improve uniform crack, etc., of an eyelet or a rivet by forming the shape of a head of a stationary roll set in two stages, and gradually reducing an angle of a top from the top, and to prevent a curl at the end of a caulked leg by increasing curvature of a bottom. CONSTITUTION:The shape of a head 2 is gradually reduced at an angle in two stages from a top, and a head top 21 of an angle larger than that of the top and a head bottom 22 of an angle smaller than that of the lower part of the top 21 are arranged. Curvature R near the bottom surface of the bottom 22 is relatively increased, uniform crack of an eyelet, etc., is improved by gradually reducing an oblique angle, and a curl of the end of a leg of the eyelet is effectively prevented. Further, the diameter of a roll set 1 is increased larger than the inner diameter of the eyelet, etc., and approached to the diameter of an inner layer material hole to be used for molding a multilayer material. Thus, the center of a lower hole is not twisted, and can be easily caulked to the predetermined center of the lower hole. |
