This dispenser comprises a casing, at least one receptacle intended for receiving the newspapers (2) in the form of stacks, means associated with each of the said receptacles and intended to provide for the seizing of a newspaper and the conveying thereof to a receiving tray. The seizing and conveying means consist of a horizontal arm (9), provided with suckers (10) pointing downwards, associated with a vacuum source, and of a conveyor (11) adjacent to the stack of newspapers (2). The receptacle intended for receiving the stacks of newspapers consists of a horizontal platen (3) which can translate vertically, and is able to reproducibly reset the constant height of the stack of newspapers, as a function of the relative lowering thereof consequent upon the already-executed delivery of this type of newspaper. <IMAGE>
