PURPOSE:To carry out the assembly simply and completely in the state that a label is accurately positioned in a mold space and with its both end faces covered completely when a cylindrical wall body is injection molded by using the label as an inserting material. CONSTITUTION:A molded product 1 is constituted by providing a cylindrical wall 2 in which a label 7 is embedded on the outer peripheral face of the product and embedding an outer collar 8 formed by bending the upper end of the label 7 outwardly on the lower face of a flange 4 provided around the end edge of said cylindrical wall 2, and the accurate and immovable installation of the label 7 is performed in a molding tool space 20 by mold clamping. The outer collar 8 is molded by the injection pressure of a molding material 1', and the embedding of the lower end face of label 7 into the molding material 8 is carried out by the backward displacement of a back mold 15. |
