PURPOSE:To suppress the occurrence of disordered winding and the breaking of wire by adopting a special winding method in which the second stage winding layer is wound back to the start-of-winding position directing to one end side of a core from the position wound back by specific number of turns from the terminal of the first stage winding layer after the first stage winding layer has been wound in the prescribed number of turns directing to one end side of the core to the other end side. CONSTITUTION:In the method wherein a winding 12 is wound on a core 11, after the first stage winding layer has been wound in n-turns on the core from one end side to the other end side, the second winding layer is wound back to the start-of-winding position in the direction of one end side of the core 11 from the position wound back two turns from the terminal of the first stage winding layer. The third stage winding layer is wound in the number of turns which is smaller by a-1 turn than the second stage directing to the side of other end of the core 11 from above the second winding. Then, for every winding, the winding layer is wound down by every stage, and when the winding layer has been wound on the lowest layer, one turn is wound. Subsequently, one stage is wound up for every one turn winding, the fourth stage winding layer is wound back to the position of the start-of- winding to one end of the core 11 from the position wound back by a-1 turn from the terminal of the winding layer of the third stage. |
