<p>PURPOSE:To produce a ceramic building material composed mainly of cement and having excellent workability and strength. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of raw materials for ceramic building material composed of pulp, organic fiber, inorganic or organic light-weight aggregate, an extender, cement and quartz sand is compounded with fumed silica and FA and the obtained composition is formed, cured and hardened. The ratio of (quartz sand + fumed silica)/FA is 85/15 to 30/70 and (quartz sand)/(fumed silica) is 90/10 to 30/70.</p> |
