An aftertreatment apparatus for lighter parts finishes semifinished parts forged or diecasted. A parts feeder (1) is mounted on the frame (2) of the apparatus. A part in the parts feeder is sent to a chuck (5) through a parts feeding tube (3) by a shoot (4). A cutting device (7) is located in front of the frame. The shoot feeds parts using a hydraulic cylinder (25) and a spring (25b). Adjusting micrometers (101,107) are attached to the cutting device to improve machining accuracy.
