PURPOSE:To suppress the distortion of a mirror surface by fixing a revolving sleeve and a polyhedral mirror by an adhesive, by which stresses are uniformly acted on a fixing plane. CONSTITUTION:A flange 6 having a plane in the direction parallel with the plane orthogonal with the axial direction of the revolving sleeve 4 is provided on this sleeve and the adhesive 23 is applied on this plane. The polyhedral mirror 5 is imposed and fixed on this applied adhesive 23 by inserting its central hole through the revolving sleeve 4. Since the central hole is merely formed in the central position of this polyhedral mirror, the stresses generated in the fixing part are uniformly dispersed by the centrifugal force generated when the polyhedral mirror is rotated at a high speed. The polyhedral mirror 5 does not peel from the flange 6 even if the revolving sleeve 4 is revolved at a high speed. |
