PURPOSE:To perform phase control of high reliability with a simple circuit by a method wherein gate pulses having corresponding phase difference are given to two or more thyristor bridges having different input phases by means of a frequency divider and an oscillator. CONSTITUTION:Three-phase thyristor rectifying devices 3 are connected vertically in two stages and respective phases of inter-input-wire voltage are made to diverge at an angle of 30 deg. respectively, whereby the number of output phase is set to be twelve phases. On the occasion, the gate pulse of one thyristor bridge is controlled by a phaser 4, while the gate pulse of the other bridge is controlled to be a pulse delayed by an angle of 30 deg. from the phaser 4 by the oscillator 10 and the frequency divider 11. Accordingly, while the frequency divider 11 is set by the output of the phaser 4, the pulse from the oscillator 10 is counted and, when the numer of pulse equivalent to the angle of 30 deg. is counted, the gate pulse can be generated, whereby the circuit is simplified by limiting the number of a synchronizing power source transformer 7 and of the phaser to one respectively and the reliability can be improved. |
