PURPOSE:To obtain a threshold effect type Josephson line logic device effective for the construction of a bilological logic device which can be readily manufactured by using the threshold effect of the Josephson line itself. CONSTITUTION:Input signal source 1, 2 are connected via resistors to the Josephson lines 3, 4 of input side. The Josephson lines 3, 4 include an equivalent circuit 8 of the Josephson element and a bias current 9 used for accelerating magnetic flux quantum. A Josephson line 6 is provided at the output side, and a signal output terminal 7 is provided thereat. Further, the Josephson lines 3, 4, 6 are connected to each other with connecting resistors 5. The value of the resistance of the resistor 5 is set corresponding to the necessary function. Thus, the regions 18, 19, 20 of the output pulse when the resistor 5 is not used are transferred to the controlled regions 15, 16, and the threshold effect type device can be obtained. |
