PURPOSE:To provide the continuous reform vulcanization method without cutting, and continuously bend vulcanizing linearly extrusion molded rubber products in a given sectional shape into the state of being curved with the given curvature. CONSTITUTION:A rotary table 5 with its section of outer periphery formed in the recessed and projected shape almost along one side face of a rubber extruded product 3 and also outer peripheral face 6 curved by the required curvature is installed in a vulcanizing oven 4, and rubber extruded products 3 to be extrusion molded are introduced continuously into the valucanizing oven 4, and wound on said rotary table in a manner that one side face of the rubber extruded product 3 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral face 6 of said rotary table 5 along the longitudinal direction, and vulcanization is carried out while the product is rotated with the rotary table 5. |
