PURPOSE:To provide a rust preventive method for a resin magnet, which can effectively accomplish the rust prevention of the resin magnet of neodymium- iron-boron or the like having voids. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin fine particles (2) is projected into a liquid medium being a nonsolvent so as to disperse the synthetic resin fine particles uniformly, and a resin magnet (1), which has voids (4), is soaked in the dispersed liquid including this synthetic resin fine particles (2) so as to form a resin coating layer (3), which reaches as far as the interior of the voids (4), at the surface of the resin magnet (10). Next, the resin adhering to this resin coating layer (3), accordingly, the perspective view (l) is soaked in the solvent of a rust preventive agent while giving ultrasonics as to stick the rust preventive agent solution to the surface of the resin coating layer (3) and dry it, whereby the cover layer (5) of the rust preventive agent is further formed at the surface of the resin coating layer (3). |
