PURPOSE:To carry out the periodical exchanging of parts only on the periodical maintenance working day by a method wherein exchange time of periodical exchanging parts is estimated from elapsed time from a point of time for installment, total number of printed sheets, and total time of electrification, and a maintenance person is informed thereof. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 12 checks antidated notification time and exchange time for periodical exchanging parts information and informs a maintenance person of the periodical exchanging parts approaching or having passed the exchange time directly or via an operator. As a communication means therefor, it is displayed on an operation panel 30, a console of a host computer, or on a console of a computer 60 of a maintenance company connected on line. The maintenance person determines antedated notification time so as to longer than periodical maintenance working day. Then, when the antedated notification of the exchange time of the periodical exchanging parts is received, the periodical exchanging parts for which said notification is received are exchanged on the next periodical maintenance working day of the system. |
