PURPOSE:To perform the excellent diagnosis in the resolution/detection rate regarding the data transfer function by performing the generation and comparison of expected data and the generation of test data at the inside of the channel part. CONSTITUTION:In the data processor that an input/output processor and a diagnosis control device 20 are connected with a main storage device 1, the diagnosis, control device 20 instructs the input/output processor to store the test data to the main storage device 1 and to perform the output data transfer for the test data and the input/output processor activates the diagnosis mode flag in a channel part 5 and performs the output data transfer between the data buffer and the main storage device 1. The channel part 5 has the expected value data generation means based on the prescribed rule and the comparison means reading data from the data buffer and comparing with the expected value. |
