ULTRAFINE FALSE TWISTING YARN AND WATER ABSORBING CLOTH CONTAINING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain ultrafine false twist yarn having permanent water absorbing effect, excellent soft feeling and subduced natural shine and further water absorbing cloth containing the same twisting yarn. CONSTITUTION:The objective ultrafine false twisting yarn being a false twisting yarn consisting of a polyester multifilament in which a specific sulfonate compound is blended and characterized by being <=0.7 denier in the single yarn fineness and 2.0-3.0 in average value of coefficient (S) of flat cross section, >=1.3 in distribution ratio (gamma) of coefficient of flat cross section and further 5-12% in total crimp ratio (TC) and the objective water absorbing cloth containing the ultrafine false twisting yarn having porous structure and obtained by removing the above-mentioned sulfonate compound by alkali treatment.
