PURPOSE:To offer a semiconductor integrated circuit device which is highly precise and whose cost is reduced by eliminating an operation part in a signal differentiating circuit and eliminating an amplifier and an operation part in a signal correction circuit. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor integrated circuit device is made into high density by constituting this device of the differentiating circuit in which the output itself comes to a differentiating waveform and the signal correction circuit by the differentiating circuit without using an amplifier.
