PURPOSE:To improve blade strength and to heighten wind-endurance in case a windmill is stopped on the occasion of a strong wind. CONSTITUTION:A member with a through hole is installed on a tip part of each blade 3, a flexible endless band 4 having the same length as circumference formed in ranging each through hole at windmill rotation is pierced through each of the trough hole and held up, and a binding device 5 pulling down a lowermost part of the endless band at time of windmill stoppage and clamping it, is installed in a lower part of the windmill. |
