<p>PURPOSE:To maintain the elongation percentage of metal plate at a set value without lengthening the length of equipment. CONSTITUTION:A noncontact type speed detector 14 with which is detected the intermediate speed v2 of sheet of a metal plate 5 which is passed through between a rolling mill 6 and a tension leveler 7 is provided. A controller with which commands are sent to bridle rolls 2 on the inlet side and bridle rolls 4 on the outlet side so that differences between an intermediate speed v2 of sheet, speed v1 of sheet on the inlet side and speed v3 of sheet on the outlet side are coincided with the set value is provided.</p> |
