PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the adjustment by the operator and to save the man-hour for training operators by inputting a high frequency signal to a high frequency filter, measuring its output signal, recognizing and inferring the result and turning a prescribed driver. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency signal 71 from a measurement section 4 is inputted to a high frequency filter 2 and the measurement section 4 receives an output high frequency signal 72. The measurement section 4 transfers the received signal 72 to a processing section 35 as measured data 73 and the processing section 35 extracts an envelope of the data 73 to recognize the shape. Then the result is sent to an intelligence processing section 32 as a recognition result 74, the processing section 32 makes inference based on the received recognition result 74 and an intelligent base 34 and acquires the succeeding operation as the conclusion. It is sent to a device control section 31 as a device control command 75, the control section 31 gives a motor drive signal 76 to turn a machine screw to a motor 5 according to the received command 75 thereby driving a driver 6. The adjustment processing as above is implemented automatically without need of the operator. |
