A post 8 is mounted in a tilting manner about a bolt 6 via its lower part 10 which is engaged into a body 2 for fixing to the ground, the spring 12 and the snap-fitting element 13 with snap-fitting projection 14 for immobilising the post 8 in its vertical position being placed in a receiving socket 11 inserted inside the post 8, which reduces the overall size in the height direction of the body 2 and protects the spring against corrosion. <IMAGE> |
