PURPOSE:To form always an exfoliation part at a right position, by measuring the amount of wire material wound around a winding frame with a measuring means, and adjusting an exfoliation position by moving an exfoliating means or the winding frame, in response to the measurement. CONSTITUTION:An air cylinder 49 wherein a rod 50 is fixed to a base 51 is extended or contracted, and a distance from a coil 42 is measured by using a length measuring sensor 48. When said sensor 48 moves together with the air cylinder 49, a digital scale 53 also moves, and a probe 54 detects the distance from a dock 52 of a base 51, thereby detecting the thickness or the diameter of the coil 42. The output of the digital scale 53 is inputted in a computer 57, which operates in accordance with measured values. A stepping motor 37 is driven to be rotated, and the torque is transmitted to a ball screw 31, via a pulley 36, a belt 35 and a pulley 34. Thereby a moving block 27 is moved right and left, a grinding roll 28 also is moved, and the exfoliation position where the grinding roll 28 performs exfoliating is adjusted. |
