<p>PURPOSE:To reduce line-up time of workpieces laid in a plural number of rows on the first stack and enable processing capacity to be improved by laying workpieces, laid in a plural number of rows on the first stack in a loading pattern, in a row parallel to each other, and by loading the lined up workpieces on a loading portion on both sides of the device alternately. CONSTITUTION:Workpieces W brought in on three conveyors 3, 4, 5 are conveyed to a pattern line-up portion 9, after their directions are changed as required on conveyors 11, 12, 13 of rows a, b, c, respectively, at a pattern forming portion 8, and simultaneously lined up at the pattern line-up portion 9, while the first stack loading pattern is formed with the workpieces W and the succeeding workpieces W kept from entering the line-up portion 9 by elevating a second stopper 16. When a specified number of workpieces W to fill up three rows on the first stack of the loading pattern are all gathered to the line-up portion 9, a pressure device is operated and one stack of workpieces W is sent out to one standby portion 29 of two stand-by portions 29, 30 on both sides of the device and moved onto a pallet P of a loading portion 31 on one side.</p> |
