The process offers an improved productivity because of the simple manufacturing process, and impregnation-type cathode with high current density even under low operation temperature (800 deg.C - 850 deg.C), long life and stable electron characteristics. And it prevents electronic gun and components related to the cathod from being transformed by low operation temp. It includes heating process for heating materials at the temp. of 300 deg.C 500 deg.C under vacuum or reduction circumstance after impregnating metal body of porosity and high melt point in a vessel containing a liquid of scandium nitric acid.
