PURPOSE: To make this microprism reversely reflect light in radiant energy pattern which extend radially in six circumferential directions at intervals and maintain at least 70% of the reverse reflected light within a range extent that never exceeds 0.6 deg. from the incident light beam. CONSTITUTION: This microprism reverse reflecting member 10 has a main body part which has a flat front surface and microprisms 12 which extend at close intervals laterally in a plane parallel to the front surface at an interval. Each microprism is formed having three flanks arrayed along three crossing planes. At least several microprisms each have one flank 12 which is arcuate to the majority of the height along at least one of the crossing planes. At least several adjacent couples of microprisms have prism axes slanting to the crossing planes extending between them. |
