PURPOSE:To provide a grip having an excellent qualitative appearance and hardly generating a molding fault such as a void with good productivity. CONSTITUTION:An insert member I constituted of a grip skin member 34 and a grip core member 36 is arranged in the cavity of a grip mold 40 prescribing the outer shape of a grip. A prescribed amount of a molding material 70 is injected in the mold from an opening part 37. A piston member 80 is arranged to the opening part 37 and pressed downwardly to extrude the molding material 70 toward the grip skin member 34 from a molding material injection port 60. At this time, the air in the cavity is discharged from an air vent hole 50. The molding material is cured and subsequently demolded to obtain a grip 30.
