The invention relates to a device for joining, fixing and finishing the ridge of roofs, especially of roofs covered with slates or with flat tiles. The device includes a rib (1) of triangular cross-section surmounting two lateral grooves (20, 30) having a channel (21, 31) for water to flow away, into which grooves the end (41, 51) of each of the ridge tiles (40, 50) to be joined penetrates. Two holes, drilled in the top of the cheeks (70, 80) located in the grooves allow the attachment to the roof truss by means of a hook (90). Application: buildings. <IMAGE>
