PURPOSE: To provide a method and device for manufacturing an electric circuit without any defective circuit treatment caused by etching by using a mandrel. CONSTITUTION: A mandrel with a negative pattern of a groove for determining the form of an electric circuit on the surface is provided (D), is covered with a dielectric 20 (E), and is wrapped, a mandrel with a pattern where a groove 16 is filled with a dielectric 22 is formed (F), a conductor that becomes an electric conductor is plated onto the surface of the mandrel that is not covered with the dielectric 22 (G), a dielectric substrate 34 is laminated on a mandrel 10 and an electric conductor 30 for adhering the electric conductor 30 to the dielectric substrate 34 (H), and the dielectric substrate 34 and the conductor 30 are separated from the mandrel 10, thus obtaining the dielectric substrate 34 with the conductor pattern 30 on it. |
