The springy mould for baked goods has a base (4) made of scratch-proof, cutting-proof material. A cylindrical edging-ring (6) round the base (4) sticks up above its upper surface (5). The ring has a radially outward-pointing flange (7). The base is in two parts, with a plate (8) forming the base and metal, pref. refined steel, L-sectioned edging-ring surrounding it. The ring's outer surface may be ridged. The base or at least its plate (8) may be of glass, glass-ceramic, ceramic or plastic. ADVANTAGE - The goods baked in the mould are kept undamaged for serving or suchlike by having a protruding edging ring.
