<p>PURPOSE: To make the virtual assignment of a resource to a lot closely similar to the actual assignment. CONSTITUTION: Process flow description for a virtual lot is defined, future resource capability which is not taken as security is mutually related according to the resource capability of the pertinent process flow description, and a processing plan is generated, and the above mentioned definition and relevant steps are repeated until the pertinent processing plan fulfills the target of an organization. Then, an above mentioned virtual lot 16 is selected for processing as the actual lot in the organization, and the future resource capability recognized in the above mentioned processing plan is taken as security, and the resource capability taken as security in the above mentioned steps for taking as security is continuously revised according to an actual phenomenon which occurs in the organization.</p> |
