<p>To provide a novel sulfonamide compound having anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic and antiallergic activities. A sulfonamidopyridine compound represented by general formula (I) wherein R1 represents C¿1? to C3 alkyl or halogen-substituted C1 to C3 alkyl; R?2¿ represents hydrogen, C¿1? to C5 alkyl, C3 to C5 alkenyl, C1 to C5 alkanoyl, C2 to C5 alkanoyl substituted by C1 to C3 alkoxy or C1 to C4 alkanoyloxy, C3 to C7 alkenoyl, C2 to C7 alkoxycarbonyl, C2 to C4 alkoxyalkyl, acetonyl, C4 to C7 cycloalkylcarbonyl, benzyl, benzoyl, benzyloxycarbonyl or C1 to C3 alkanesulfonyl, or alternatively R?1 and R2¿ are combined with each other to represent C¿3? to C4 alkylene; and R?3¿ represents C¿4? to C8 cycloalkyl, phenyl or halogen-substituted phenyl.</p> |
